In this Privacy Policy, Eudaimon will inform you about the type of information that is collected about you on the Site, how it is collected, what it will be used for, and to whom it will be given. This policy will also tell you how to limit our use of your personal information.

What Kind of Information Eudaimon Collects

“Personal Data” means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. “Anonymous Data” means data that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data; Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data, as described below.

Information You Provide to Us.

We may collect Personal Data from you, such as your first and last name, gender, e-mail and mailing addresses, username, LinkedIn or Facebook contact credentials, date of birth, current location, and other personal information that is used to create your Catalyst Plan (as defined in the Terms of Service). If you tell us where you are (e.g., by allowing your mobile device to send us your location), we may store and use that information to provide you with location-based information and advertising. If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply. When you participate in one of our surveys, we may collect additional profile information. We may also collect Personal Data at other points in our Site that state that Personal Data is being collected. We may collect your Personal Data in order to create and support your Human Catalyst account, to communicate with you, and/or respond to your specific requests. Should you chose to share your calendar information, we may use such information to administer and improve the features of the Service, and to suggest to you Eudaimon features, products and services that can enhance your use of the Services.

As a rule, Eudaimon does not monitor or review the content of your Catalyst Plans unless we believe our Terms of Service have been violated and confirmation of any violations is required, or we need to do so in order to respond to your requests for support. Based on specific content entered into your Catalyst Map or elsewhere within your account, we may suggest products and/or features to you that we think will help you get the most out of the Services.

In Order to provide you with the Services, your Catalyst Plan may be shared with certain members of your Employer (as defined in the Terms of Service) such as Employer management, immediate supervisors, members of your Ally Network (as defined in the Terms of Service), and other individuals authorized to receive such information. For more information regarding the disclosure and sharing of your Catalyst Plans, please refer to Section 2.4 of the Terms of Service.

We use this information to provide account support, analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movements around the Site, gather anonymous demographic information about our user base as a whole, and better tailor our Services to our users’ needs. For example, some of the information may be collected so that when you visit the Site or use Services again, it will recognize you and the information could then be used to serve advertisements and other information appropriate to your interests. Except as noted in this Privacy Policy, we do not link this automatically-collected data to Personal Data.

These third party service providers are required not to use your Personal Data other than to provide the services requested by Eudaimon.
