What Kind of Information Eudaimon Collects
“Personal Data” means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. “Anonymous Data” means data that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data; Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data, as described below.
Information You Provide to Us.
We may collect Personal Data from you, such as your first and last name, gender, e-mail and mailing addresses, username, LinkedIn or Facebook contact credentials, date of birth, current location, and other personal information that is used to create your Catalyst Plan (as defined in the Terms of Service). If you tell us where you are (e.g., by allowing your mobile device to send us your location), we may store and use that information to provide you with location-based information and advertising. If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply. When you participate in one of our surveys, we may collect additional profile information. We may also collect Personal Data at other points in our Site that state that Personal Data is being collected. We may collect your Personal Data in order to create and support your Human Catalyst account, to communicate with you, and/or respond to your specific requests. Should you chose to share your calendar information, we may use such information to administer and improve the features of the Service, and to suggest to you Eudaimon features, products and services that can enhance your use of the Services.
As a rule, Eudaimon does not monitor or review the content of your Catalyst Plans unless we believe our Terms of Service have been violated and confirmation of any violations is required, or we need to do so in order to respond to your requests for support. Based on specific content entered into your Catalyst Map or elsewhere within your account, we may suggest products and/or features to you that we think will help you get the most out of the Services.
In Order to provide you with the Services, your Catalyst Plan may be shared with certain members of your Employer (as defined in the Terms of Service) such as Employer management, immediate supervisors, members of your Ally Network (as defined in the Terms of Service), and other individuals authorized to receive such information. For more information regarding the disclosure and sharing of your Catalyst Plans, please refer to Section 2.4 of the Terms of Service.
Information Collected by Our Servers.
WE ONLY SHARE YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WHEN:
a. You have provided your explicit consent to share the information.
b. We are sharing your Catalyst Plan with members of your Employer such as Employer management, immediate supervisors, and other individuals authorized by you and/or the Employer to receive such information in order to provide you with the Services.
d. We sell or otherwise transfer such information to a successor, subsidiary or other companies under a common control of Eudaimon.
e. We use a third party subcontractor with its own secure privacy practices to: provide you with the Services that we offer you through the Site, e.g., mailing list services; to conduct quality assurance testing; to provide technical support; and/or to provide other services to Eudaimon. These third party service providers are required not to use your Personal Data other than to provide the services requested by Eudaimon.
We will never sell or rent your personally identifiable information. We do not read or share the contents of your Catalyst Plans with anyone for any advertising purposes.
We may create Anonymous Data records from Personal Data by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We use this Anonymous Data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of the Services and improve Site navigation. We reserve the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Data to third parties in our sole discretion.
We vigilantly protect the privacy of your Human Catalyst account and, whenever we determine it possible, we provide you with notice if we believe we are compelled to comply with a third party’s request for information.
